ReplyDeleteMost of the vines are 5 years old, we are replanting a section with varietals that we prefer and feel will do better in the conditions.
ReplyDeleteWe will be operating as a 'Custom Crush' winery so will be producing for other groups whether startup or established. I may have a small batch of my own from a plot of really good riesling I know about in the area..
